Litza Echeverria Rubio

Litza serves as director of the Operational Services Unit within the Office of Teaching and Technology. In her role, she leads the Dual Enrollment Program, the Flexible Learning Program, and the Marketing and Enrollment Services team. She has been with UF since 2015. Litza is a triple Gator! She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and her M.Ed. and Ed.S. in Special Education from UF. She also holds a UF graduate certificate in Postsecondary Learning Support.
Sara Tilli
Senior Flexible Learning Coordinator, Operational Services

Sara serves as a senior coordinator for the Flexible Learning Program and provides support to the Dual Enrollment Program. She has been with UF since 2019. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Trade & Spanish from Eastern Michigan University. She has a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. She has been working in higher education for 12 years.
Allison Costa
Senior Dual Enrollment Coordinator, Operational Services

Allison serves as the senior coordinator for the University of Florida Dual Enrollment Program. She has been working for UF since 2015. Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Florida International University. Her career has spanned over 16 years working in local colleges and universities within the state of Florida.
Roshni Flood

Roshni serves as a program coordinator for the Office of Teaching and Technology. She has been with the university since 2017. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and her master’s degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences, both from the University of Florida.

Katharine “Kat” Berry
Sr. Marketing & Communications Specialist, Operational Services

Kat creates visual and written content for Operational Services as the sr. marketing & communications specialist. She has been with the team since 2018, previously working for the City of Gainesville, Aramark/Gator Dining Services, and the Gainesville Sun. She is lovingly called a “Jill of all Trades” because her skillset ranges from graphic design, illustration, video and photography to web design and marketing automation. Kat has a bachelor's degree from Florida State University, majoring in Art History with minors in Studio Art and Italian. She is a proud dog mom, baker, aspiring yogi, and ever-patient partner to her husband, Roger.
Annant Whalen
Manager, Academic Support Services, Operational Services

Annant works closely with self-supporting academic programs at UF to establish admissions, retention and advising procedures as needed. She has worked at UF since 2005 with a few years at universities overseas in between where she worked as a university registrar, academic advisor and testing officer. At UF she served in the office of Admissions from 2016-2021 where she handled freshman and transfer admissions as well as transfer evaluation and undergraduate readmission. She has in-depth knowledge of UF’s Enrollment Management systems. Annant’s academic background is in Geography. She has lived and worked in seven countries and considers herself to be a global citizen. She loves to travel, walk, cook and paint.
