Teaching and Technology Operations (TNT Ops), led by the Assistant Provost and Senior Director for Operations, supports 79 staff members within Operational Services, Self-Funded Program Support Services, the Office of Professional and Workforce Development (OPWD), the Center for Online Innovation and Production (COIP), and the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE). TNT Operations functions as an interconnected network for the various offices and centers it houses under its umbrella to maximize, streamline, and leverage skills, resources, and service offerings shared among the group.
TNT Ops is also charged with the design, development, and delivery of non-credit/professional development training experiences and courses focused on artificial intelligence. Currently, 19 fully online artificial intelligence professional development courses are offered publicly. Additionally, a custom on-site Artificial Intelligence Across the Curriculum (AiATC) faculty training program is offered to partner institutions and organizations (current clients include Palm Beach State College, Tallahassee Community College, Northwest Florida State College and Sarasota County Public Schools).
