Litza Echeverria Rubio

Litza serves as director of the Operational Services Unit within the Office of Teaching and Technology. In her role, she leads the Dual Enrollment Program, the Flexible Learning Program, and the Marketing and Enrollment Services team. She has been with UF since 2015. Litza is a triple Gator! She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and her M.Ed. and Ed.S. in Special Education from UF. She also holds a UF graduate certificate in Postsecondary Learning Support.
Sara Tilli
Senior Flexible Learning Coordinator, Operational Services

Sara serves as a senior coordinator for the Flexible Learning Program and provides support to the Dual Enrollment Program. She has been with UF since 2019. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Trade & Spanish from Eastern Michigan University. She has a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. She has been working in higher education for 12 years.
Allison Costa
Senior Dual Enrollment Coordinator, Operational Services

Allison serves as the senior coordinator for the University of Florida Dual Enrollment Program. She has been working for UF since 2015. Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Florida International University. Her career has spanned over 16 years working in local colleges and universities within the state of Florida.
