Lauren McCain is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Interim Director of Operations for the University of Florida’s Office of Professional and Workforce Development. She oversees daily operations, financial management, and strategic initiatives across multiple departments, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement.
Lauren has been with the University of Florida for over 20 years and has served in her current office since 2008, bringing extensive institutional knowledge and continuity to her leadership role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Management and Leadership.
