Adam Heward

Director, Data and Analytics Services

Adam Heward leads a team of data analysts responsible for delivering reporting services and analytical insights to support TNT leadership. His team also provides CRM administration, business process support, and technical consulting for a range of TNT systems initiatives and implementations. 

 Adam has been with the University of Florida for over 15 years, serving in a variety of technical roles. Before joining UF, he spent a decade in IT application development and technical project management, primarily in startup environments. 

 With more than 25 years of experience in information technology, Adam guides a team focused on enhancing business process efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across TNT.
